You should know that when using insurance for counseling or therapy, insurance company's may report the information given to them by other professionals.  Your identified "diagnosis" or "condition" (DSM) then becomes part of the record, and may be available to other entities who do background checks or other record searches.  For this reason, we do not accept insurance but will, upon your request, work with you by providing necessary documentation to help you obtain any reimbursement for which you may be entitled.
